The Role

What this is — and what it isn't.

This is not a call center job. This is not cold calling. This is not dialing 200 numbers a day and praying someone picks up.

You'll be getting on calls with pre-qualified DTC brand owners who have already expressed interest in working with DTCMA. They've filled out an application. They've seen our results. They want to talk.

Your job is to run the call, diagnose their business, match them to the right service, and close. We provide the leads, the training, the scripts, and the backend. You provide the hunger.

This is a high-ticket closing role. Average deal sizes range from $5K–$25K+. Your commission reflects that.

Day-To-Day

What you'll do

Run Strategy Calls

Hop on 30–60 min video calls with pre-qualified leads. Diagnose their business, understand their pain, and present our solution.

Close Deals

Handle objections, build urgency, and close. You'll be selling a proven performance-based offer with $4.5B+ in results behind it.

Follow Up Relentlessly

Not every deal closes on the first call. Manage your pipeline, follow up with precision, and turn maybes into yeses.

Report & Iterate

Track your numbers. Report on close rates, deal sizes, and pipeline. We're data-driven — if something isn't working, we fix it together.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Proven Sales Background

1+ years closing in virtual sales, door-to-door, or both. We want people who have actually closed deals — not just talked about it.

Hungry & Competitive

You track your numbers obsessively. You hate losing more than you love winning. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder.

US-Based

You must be currently residing in the United States. This is non-negotiable.

Available Part-Time

Minimum 15–20 hours/week. Flexible scheduling, but you need to show up consistently during business hours for booked calls.

Camera-Ready

All calls are video. You need a clean setup, good internet, and the confidence to look a CEO in the eye through a screen.

Coachable

We have a system that works. We'll train you on it. You need to be willing to learn, adapt, and execute — not freelance your way through calls.
